Appointments
We are a very busy practice but we are now accepting new patients. Please call our office to schedule the soonest available appointment. You will need to complete your new patient paperwork prior to arriving at your appointment. If you would like to be put on our cancellation list for a sooner appointment, please let our scheduler know when you call.
Because we often have a waiting list for new patients, please call at least one full business day in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that your scheduled time slot may be given to another patient.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, but please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own doctor.
