What To Expect from our practice
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that your provider has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Review the content on this Web site. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with our team.
Your first appointment will include a history and physical exam. Any labs you have brought with you will be reviewed. A plan of care will be established to help you start moving in a healthier direction.
You will be scheduled for your first coaching appointment within a week of your first visit.
Your first medical follow up visit will be in two weeks. You will be scheduled for metabolic rate testing at that follow up appointment.
The first month is busy! Once you get established, your medical visit will happen just once monthly and you will have two coaching appointments. When allowed by your insurance, some of the check in visits may happen via telemedicine.
We look forward to your first visit; if you are unable to fill out your paperwork in advance, you must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to complete the extensive health history.
